FAQ

1 - What is online training, an LMS and authoring tools?

An online course is a learning path accessible remotely, composed of interactive content such as videos, quizzes, animations, or simulations. A Learning Management System (LMS) is a platform that hosts the courses, manages learners, tracks their progress, and measures their educational impact. Authoring tools are the software used to create this interactive content (Storyline, Rise, Genially, etc.), compatible with LMSs. Together, they form the essential ecosystem of any digital learning project.

2 - How are online courses designed?

We design our training programs according to the international ADDIE model, recognized for guaranteeing effective and measurable learning paths:

  1. Analysis: Definition of objectives, target audience and skills to be developed.
  2. Design and development of the educational scenario, activities and storyboard.
  3. Development and production of modules (SCORM, videos, quizzes, etc.) according to your visual identity.
  4. Deployment and integration on your LMS, and support during launch.
  5. Evaluation: Analysis of results via LMS data and continuous optimization.

3 - How to prepare a training digitization project?

Preparation is a key step to ensuring the project’s success. We support you in structuring your needs and making the right pedagogical and technical choices. The essential elements to define are:

  • Your educational objectives
  • Your target audiences (profiles, uses, constraints)
  • Content available or to be created. We then define the priorities, teaching methods and resources needed for a smooth project aligned with your objectives.

4 - What do I need to request a quote?

To provide you with an accurate quote, we need a clear understanding of your project: your objectives, your target audience, and the type of training you require (e-learning, video, motion design, quizzes, simulations, etc.). A well-defined brief allows us to offer you a reliable, optimized quote perfectly tailored to your needs.
